ARCs
Electronic Advance Review Copies (ARCs) will be available for query requests at least 1 month ahead of publication. Requests that do not include a link to the requesters main review site will not be considered. Form submission does not guarantee the requester will receive an ARC.
In completing the form the requester agrees not to post or share any content.
By requesting an ARC the reviewer is agreeing to post their honest review on platforms displaying the book, and within 30 days of launch; the requester will be notified by admin@francesellenbooks.com when the book becomes available on these sites; there may be a delay if a request comes in outside of the working day of the GMT+1 time zone.
Store policies
Shipping
Orders made on this site will be processed and shipped at least once a week. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Standard shipping rates used are for all deliveries which means a track and trace service is not included. If you haven’t received your order after at least six weeks from the time it was shipped you can contact me via the email form on the Contact page. I am not responsible for extra fees and/or taxes that your country may incur on your package.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me promptly via my email form on the Contact page and I will quickly assess if an exchange, refund, or return is necessary or possible. The request must be made within 30 days from the date it was received.
